SPX to Hold Annual Investor Meeting January 20
CHARLOTTE, NC - December 21, 2009 - SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPW) today announced that it will meet with investors on Wednesday, January 20, 2010,
at 10 a.m. Eastern Time to provide a detailed update on SPX and present the company's earnings guidance for 2010. The meeting will last approximately 90 minutes and will feature remarks by Chris Kearney, Chairman, President and CEO and Patrick O'Leary, Executive Vice President and CFO.
The meeting will be held at the Pierre Hotel in New York and will be webcast. Both the webcast and a printable file of the slide presentation will be available in the Investor Relations section of the company's website at www.spx.com. A replay of the webcast will be available until Wednesday, February 3, 2010.
